3 Things About This Week
- HUGE vibe shifts.
Mars changes signs. Venus changes signs. The Sun changes signs. We’re moving from urgency and friction into something more sustainable, relational, curious, and creatively expansive. - Creativity is OFF THE CHARTS.
This is one of the best weeks we’ve had in a while for writing, art, conversations, ideation, storytelling, romance, and emotional expression. If you’ve been sitting on an idea — move with it. - Gemini season begins.
Which means questioning everything. Identity. Narratives. Certainty. Dogma. The conversations get louder, more fluid, more liberatory, and more revealing.

Monday, May 18th
- Mercury in Gemini sextile Neptune in Aries
- Venus still sextile Mars
- Mars enters Taurus
- Venus enters Cancer while conjoining the Moon
Lots of newness today and honestly… some magical moments too.
Mercury sextile Neptune creates a beautiful combination for emotive words, conversations, imagination, and creative flow. If you’re writing, speaking, creating, dreaming, recording, painting, ideating — this is incredible energy to work with. And honestly, this influence stretches across the entire week.
Mars entering Taurus alleviates some of the stop-and-go energy we’ve been experiencing with the Aries stellium. We’ve gone from urgency mixed with boundaries, responsibilities, delays, and frustration… into something slower, steadier, and more sustainable.
There’s fertility here. Generativity. Longevity.
Things may still move slowly — but now the slow pace actually supports what you’re building instead of blocking it.
This may also revisit themes or stories from late January. Something could resurface. A conversation, conflict, desire, or circumstance may come back around for another chapter. But this time the pacing feels more manageable.
And Venus entering Cancer while conjoining the Moon? Magic.
The Moon rules Cancer and Jupiter is currently there, which means we are gearing up for one of the most beautiful Venus-Jupiter periods we’ve had in 12 years.
Venus and Jupiter are the benefics of the zodiac — the planets associated with pleasure, abundance, connection, expansion, joy, softness, beauty, and support.
Venus entering Cancer shifts us away from fast connection and into intentional nurturing. Care. Tenderness. Emotional intimacy. Being held and holding others.

Mercury in Gemini trine Pluto in Aquarius
(5-star day.)
This is such a good investigative day.
Getting to the bottom of something without force. Deep conversations flowing naturally. Speaking about difficult or layered things with ease.
There’s a psychological depth here — but it doesn’t feel heavy. It feels clarifying.
If you listened to my podcast or saw my reel from two weeks ago when Mercury squared Pluto, this feels connected to that story.
Back then, there was friction in trying to uncover truth or understand something deeply. Now the insight flows naturally. The hard part already happened.
Wednesday, May 20th
Sun enters Gemini
VIBE SHIFT ALERT.
Honestly, we’ve already been feeling Gemini season approaching with Mercury and Uranus settling into Gemini energy. But once the Sun enters Gemini, the volume gets turned all the way up.
We’re moving into a more curious, dynamic, conversational month.
The Sun illuminates whatever it touches.
And I’ve always loved that Pride Month mostly takes place during Gemini season and ends in Cancer season.
Gemini is ruled by Mercury — a planet that mythologically has been interpreted as fluid, queer, adaptable, genderless, and ever-changing. Mercury isn’t benefic or malefic. It’s neutral. Responsive. It shifts according to its environment.
Gemini is curious. Restless. Open-ended. It questions everything. Its mind is rarely fully made up because it’s constantly responding to new information and perspectives.
Queerness mirrors this energy.
Fluidity. Dynamism. Questioning norms. Rejecting rigid binaries and mainstream expectations around identity, expression, desire, and existence.
With the Sun here, these qualities become illuminated in your life.
Where have you become too dogmatic? Too fixed? Too certain? Too attached to being right?
Let the conversation wander. Let the mind wander. Let yourself wander.
Freedom lives here.
Thursday, May 21st
- Venus in Cancer square Neptune in Aries
- Sun conjunct Uranus in Gemini
This day feels dreamy, electric, romantic, weird, liberatory, and potentially disorienting all at once.
Venus square Neptune can create haziness or illusion in relationships. Projection is possible. Fantasy is possible. Romanticizing is possible.
But creatively? This is incredible.
There’s inspiration pouring through this transit.
And if you’re in relationship, this transit asks you to explore the tension between individuality and emotional merging.
Where do you need freedom?
Where do you need closeness?
Where does care become enmeshment?
Where does independence become avoidance?
At the same time, Sun conjunct Uranus in Gemini brings a shocking, freeing, liberatory quality to the day.
This is the first Sun-Uranus conjunction in Gemini since Uranus entered Gemini, and it feels activating.
Unexpected conversations. New ideas. Sudden realizations. Identity shifts. Liberating truths.
Even if parts of this day feel surreal or uncertain, it’s actually a beautiful day to let yourself get caught in the wave.
Friday, May 22nd
Mercury in Gemini sextile Saturn in Aries
This is supportive energy for refining what you’re building.
Ideas become tangible. Conversations become productive. Plans begin taking shape.
Gather perspectives. Edit. Refine. Organize.
There’s momentum here for giving structure to the creative and conceptual breakthroughs that have been happening all week.
Sunday, May 24th
Sun in Gemini sextile Neptune in Aries
We close the week continuing the creative thread.
What’s been emerging around creativity, projects, ideas, imagination, or vision becomes clearer now.
You understand what needs refinement. You understand what the vision actually is.
The Sun amplifies whatever it touches — and here it’s amplifying inspiration, imagination, and creative possibility.
Leverage it.
